Every PC we build comes with a year of direct support from our team. You won’t get a call centre or an automated system. You’ll be speaking with the same kind of engineers who built your machine.
If you need help, use the support form on this page. Tell us what’s happening and how you’d like us to reply. Most issues are answered within one working day.
If you’d rather talk to a person, you can ask for a call back. Sometimes it’s easier to sort things out by speaking directly.
Support covers everything from setup questions to hardware faults. If a part fails under warranty, we’ll handle the process with you and make sure you’re back up and running quickly.
Once you send us a ticket, you’ll get a confirmation straight away. An engineer will then review it and respond by email or phone, depending on what you prefer.
Every build leaves our workshop tested and certified, but if anything ever does go wrong, we’re here to fix it.
