Building Jobs and PCs in North Wales

We’ve just launched PCBuilderUK.com from our base here in Bala, North Wales. The mission is straightforward: build the best custom PCs in the UK by hand, while creating skilled jobs for local people.

For the last six years, as part of the BAI-LEY Creative Group, we’ve been building high-performance systems for film, TV, and live production. Those machines power virtual production, live VFX, and some of the toughest creative pipelines around. With PCBuilderUK.com we’re taking that same expertise and opening it up to everyone who needs a serious PC, whether that’s a gaming rig, a workstation, or a server. All built here in Wales.

This is also about investing in people. We’re starting an IT apprenticeship scheme with local colleges to train young talent on real-world systems. The aim is to create long-term careers in technology, not just short-term jobs. The hands building our machines are also building the future workforce for this region.

Bala has been our base for years, and this next step is about showing that a rural town in North Wales can lead in technology. We are committed to building PCs, building skills, and building opportunities for the community around us.

We’ll share more soon on how councils, colleges, and businesses can get involved. For now, we’re excited to get started.
